Farming and Fishing Corporations
The question "Is this a farming or fishing corporation?" appears in the identification section of the CO-17 Jacket. The default answer is "N". If you change the answer to "Y", the minimum capital tax will be reduced in half and the capital tax deduction will be taken automatically. To allocate this amount and serve the agreement between the different associated corporations, use Form CO-1138.1 - Agreement and Election respecting the Deduction for Farm and Fishing Corporations.
