Receive Signed Documents

Client Portal - Electronic Signing.

Once your documents have been signed by all signatories, and they have all clicked Finish, a notification e-mail is sent to the partner or manager that is listed in your digital signatures settings.

To view a signed document, either click the link in the notification e-mail or proceed as follows:

  1. Access the Portal.
  2. Click the Documents tab.
  3. Click the Signed Documents folder.
  4. Click the signed file to download it.

If a signatory declines to sign a document, it will be locked and remain in the Documents to Sign folder. Should the client later agree to sign the document, you will need to upload a new version of the document to the portal. If multiple signatories were expected to sign the document, other signatories will not be able to sign the document after it has been declined.
