Use the Recycle Bin

  • Contacts - View, Add and Edit Contacts;
  • Portal - View

In the Recycle Bin you can view a list of the files and folders you have deleted from your client portals. You have the option to permanently delete files and folders from the system, or restore them to their original location.

  1. Click Client Portal in the left menu.
  2. On the Active Portals tab, click the required portal.
  3. Click the Documents or Unread Files tab.
  4. Click the Recycle Bin button.
  5. Take the required action:
    • To permanently delete an individual file or folder, click the Delete button at the end of the row, then click Yes to confirm.
    • To permanently delete files or folders in bulk, select the related check boxes and click the Delete button, then click Yes to confirm.
    • To restore an individual file or folder, click the Restore link at the end of the row, then click Yes to confirm.
    • To restore files or folders in bulk, select the related check boxes and click the Restore button, then click Yes to confirm.
    • To return to the Client Portals page: click the Back button.
