Managing warnings and alerts
CCH iFirm Tracking automatically adds a visual warning and alert marker to a card when it has been at the same step for a number of days or is about to reach its deadline. The time frame before the visual indicator appears is defined by a user holding the Tracking – Settings security role for the entire CCH iFirm Tracking site.

The visual marker around the card and on the client’s name disappears.
Note that the visual marker displays again when you enter 0 in the Snooze this alert field. In addition, the marker related to the number of days before the deadline is not impacted by this option.
