CCH iFirm Engagement Licenses

There is one license your firm can purchase to work in CCH iFirm Engagement, which is Pro (formerly called Engagement). When creating your engagements these licenses are referred to as engagement modules.

Pro engagements allow you to work with the trial balance and reports as well as advanced workpaper management functionality and allows you to add links to engagement information within your Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel workpapers. This type of engagement is typically used for more complex engagements such as reviews and audits which require workpaper management functionality such as lock workpaper and lock engagement.
