Notes Summary View
The following columns are available on Notes Summary View:

Index – a hyperlink of the index that will open workpapers in the Workpaper Monitor and open reports and dynamic Knowledge Coach forms in a new browser tab. Static Knowledge Coach forms will download to your computer’s Downloads folder.

Name – a hyperlink of the name that will open workpapers in the Workpaper Monitor and open reports and dynamic Knowledge Coach forms in a new browser tab. Static Knowledge Coach forms will download to your computer’s Downloads folder.

Note Status – Shows the status of the note. The note status can be set to Open, Cleared, or Roll Forward.

Notes – Shows the content of the note. If a note has replies, the number of replies is shown to the right of the note content. Clicking on the content opens the note pane, from where you can edit the note, add new notes and add replies to a note. Clicking on the number icon will provide a preview of the first three replies.

Actions – Displayed by the icon , clicking here brings up a menu that allows you to delete, clear, or roll forward the note thread. If the note has been cleared, you can also reopen the note.

Created By – Shows the name of the user who created the note.

Date Created – Shows the date the note was created.

KC Title Year – Displays the year that the title of the Knowledge Coach workpaper was released.

KC Title Name – Displays the title of the Knowledge Coach workpaper.
Sorting
To sort on Notes or Sign-off Summary:

Click on the column header of the column you want to sort.
Note: Not all columns can be sorted.

Each click will sort the column in ascending, descending, or remove the sort.
Filtering and Column Selection
To select which columns to display on the grid:

Hover over any column header and select the icon.

Click the icon.

Select which columns to add or remove by clicking the check box next to the column name.
To filter the data on the grid:

Hover over any column header and select the icon.

Click the column header you want to filter.

Click the icon.
Note: This icon is only present on columns that can be filtered.

Select the filter criteria and click Apply to filter the data set on the table. Click Reset on this menu to remove the filter.
Pagination
The summary view displays a list of 10 notes by default with additional page numbers at the bottom of the grid for navigation if there are more than 10 notes. You can change the pagination to show 25, 50, or 100 notes at a time using the Results per page selector below the grid.
To change the pagination of the grid:

Click the drop-down menu next to Results per page at the bottom of the page.

Select the number of results to display at one time.
