Edit the HTML of a content page

HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. It is the lines of code that tells your browser what to display, the building blocks of Web sites. If you are interested in learning more about HTML, click here to access a useful Web site.

Editing the HTML code of a content page is only recommended for users who are fluent in HTML. If you are fluent in HTML, you may also be interested in editing the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) of your Intranet site.

  1. Open the required HTML page in editing mode.
  2. Click the HTML button below the editing area.

  1. Edit the HTML with caution.

  1. Click the Design button to return to the default editing view.

  1. Click Save as Draft or Save & Publish, as required.
