Enable hours view in job grids

Settings - Jobs & Billing

You can view time information about jobs in the various job grids, instead of the default WIP, budget and invoicing information. This allows you to focus on the time left to complete jobs rather than dollar amounts. When you enable this feature, all the tabs (except for the Closed Jobs tab) in the Jobs page will show the columns: Hrs Worked, Hrs Allocated and Hrs to Go.

 

  1. Click Settings > Jobs & Billing.
  2. Click General Settings.
  3. Click the Job Settings tab.
  4. Select from the View for Job Grid drop-down list.
    • WIP View - this is the default setting, it displays the Current WIP, Total Budget and Total Invoice columns.
    • Hours View - this will display time information for the job.
  1. Click Save.
