Create Your User Account to Access the ehub

Now that you have changed your admin password, you must create your user account. This will give you access to, among other things, the CCH iFirm video library.

To create your user account, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to CCH iFirm as the admin user.
2. In the left menu, select Users, then click Add User.
   The Add User page displays.
3. In the Details tab, enter your user name, first name, last name, and your e-mail address..
   Note: Avoid using French accents or cedillas.
4. Define the settings according to your needs. (Settings are dependent on the CCH iFirm modules you have.)
5. Select the Display name in Partner field check box or the Display name Manager field check box, as the case may be.
6. Click Save.
7. Click the Security tab. We suggest that you do not add a profile. Instead, click the icon next to the User Specific Security section then, click Add All to move all the security roles to the Selected Security Roles section.
8. Click Save.
9. Click Send Login Detail to receive an e-mail inviting you to log in as a user with a temporary password. You will have to change your password to set a permanent one.

Now that you have logged in as a user, go to and start watching CCH iFirm videos.
