Reports Overview
Use the information below to determine which report you should request. For some reports, be aware that the contents of the report will vary by financial institution and account type.

Account Balance/Balance for All Accounts
These reports provide the following information:
- Account Balance. Historical account balance for a specific account as of a specified date. Account balances are calculated using the transaction information for each account.
- Balance for All Accounts. Historical account balances for all accounts that the client approver has access to at the selected bank for a specified date. Account balances are calculated using the transaction information for each account.
Note: Interest information is not available at this time.
Account Detail/Details for All Accounts
These reports provide the following information:
- Account Details. Additional information about the selected account, such as the term, payment dates, reoccurring payment amount, etc., which are most applicable to debt account types.
- Details for All Accounts. Additional information about all the accounts that the client approver has access to at the selected bank. This information can include the term, payment dates, reoccurring payment amount, etc., which are most applicable to debt account types.
The specific details included in a report vary by financial institution and account type.
Account Transactions/Transactions for All Accounts
These reports provide the following information:
- Account Transactions. Daily transaction information for the selected account for the date range selected.
- Transactions for All Accounts. Daily transaction information for all accounts that the client approver has access to at the selected bank for the date ranges selected.
The report for each account is provided as a CSV file. The CSV files can be downloaded individually or in bulk.
Statements
This report provides the individual statements for the selected account in PDF form.
You can select to receive up to six statements per account, which you can download individually or in bulk.
Note: Not every bank provides PDF statements. If you submit a request for a statement from a bank that does not provide one, the request will display as a failed request. You are not charged for a failed request.
