For taxations years starting after April 22, 2015, the Ontario resource tax credit and the Ontario additional tax re Crown royalties are eliminated. Any unused resource tax credit at the end of a taxation year that includes April 23, 2015, can be deducted in the first five taxation years beginning after April 23, 2015.
