Filing Requirements

The Canada Revenue Agency accepts all forms and slips on white paper.

T3 Slips

The laser facsimile T3 Supplementary slips must be printed on salmon or white paper.

T3 Jacket and T3 Summary

The T3 Jacket and T3 Summary must be filed on salmon or white paper.

NR4 Slips and NR4 Summary

The laser facsimile NR4 Supplementary Slips and NR4 Summary must be filed on pink or white paper.

RL-16 Slips

The laser facsimile Québec RL-16 slips must be printed on white paper.

Other Schedules and Forms

Federal schedules and forms must be filed on either salmon or white paper. The Québec TP-646 return, schedules and related forms should be filed on white paper.
