Lock or Unlock an Engagement
To lock an engagement in a Pro engagement:

Select the engagement you want to lock.

Click Lock from the Actions menu.
To unlock an engagement:

Select the engagement you want to unlock.

Click Unlock from the Actions menu.
From the same Actions menu, you can also view locked or unlocked activity. The History dialog displays the activity, user name, and date the engagement was locked/unlocked.
Engagements in the locked state become read-only and changes are not permitted. Once an engagement is locked, the Engagement list displays Locked in the status column and inside the engagement file the banner is shown next to the engagement name.
