Unlock timesheets

If you cannot see the Add Time button in the Job Details page, it means timesheets are locked for this job. You need to unlock timesheets before you can record any time against the job.

Note: Timesheets are automatically locked when a job is completed or closed.
  1. Click Jobs & Billing > Jobs.
  2. Locate and click the required job.
  3. Click Unlock Timesheets.
