Intranet - Setup guide

Once your Intranet module is activated, you will be able to set up your Intranet users:

  • CCH iFirm Intranet administrators will need to be assigned both CCH iFirm Intranet security roles so that they can add and edit content, menu items, add news items, and edit or delete other users' news items.
  • Administrators and certain users may also need access to the advanced HTML editor, which has additional tools that can be used when editing content pages.
  • Most users will only be accessing and merging content in CCH iFirm Intranet, so they do not need any CCH iFirm Intranet security roles assigned to them.
