Learn about the administrator role

The CCH iFirm Intranet administrator is the person who sets up and manages CCH iFirm Intranet. You must have at least one administrator to set up your CCH iFirm Intranet module.

Administrator tasks:

  • Assign administration users with the relevant Intranet security roles.
  • Add and manage content and news.
  • Add and manage menu items.
  • Create and manage document styles and document templates.
  • Show users how to search for, access, and use content.
    • Spend some time familiarizing yourself with how your users will be using your Intranet site. This helps you understand how best to structure your CCH iFirm Intranet.
