Current Resource Allocation Variance Report

This report shows you the current resource allocation variance for the all incomplete jobs that have exceeded the hours allocated. You can click on a job ID to open the Job Details page.

The report is linked to the dashboard widget of the same name that shows you the top ten users with the highest variance in their budgeted time.

You can filter the report by resource, job type, and more. If you have set up custom groups and filters for your firm, you can also filter the report by user-related and job-related firm groups, for example by job location and user division. The header of the report reflects any filter selections you make. Click here to learn more about using reports.
