Accounts Receivable Transaction Report

Receivables - View Only

This report shows all your receivables transactions for a selected period. It opens by default on the Detailed tab, listing the transactions in date order. You can click a receivable link to open the Accounts Receivable Transaction page for that debtor. You can also click a payment or invoice transaction link to open the associated Edit Transaction page. Click the Summary tab of the report to view a summary of the transactions grouped by transaction type. You can then click the payment or invoice link to view details of those transactions.

You can filter the information generated in the report by partner, transaction type, payment type, and more. If you have multiple billing entities, you can use the additional filter to view information for an individual entity. If you have set up custom groups and filters for your firm, you can filter the report by Contacts-related firm groups, for example contact location and contact division. Tip: You can also access this report from the client's Accounts Receivable Transaction page - use the Print Transactions button at the top of the screen.
