You can click the See More Jobs. link at the bottom of this widget to go to the Open Jobs tab of the Jobs page, where you can see all the jobs sorted by WIP in descending order. Click here to learn more about using widgets.

Click the settings icon to change the:

Title - the text that appears in the widget header.
Job Location - only visible if the firm filter has been activated in settings. It applies the firm filters that are defined in Jobs.
Job Division - only visible if the firm filter has been activated in settings. It applies the firm filters that are defined in Jobs.
Job Partner: options include None, All and the job partner options that have been assigned to jobs
Job Manager: options include None, All and the job manager options that have been assigned to jobs
Job Owner - options include None, All and the job owner options that have been assigned to jobs.
Contact Partner - options include None, All and the partner options that have been assigned in Contacts.
Contact Manager - options include None, All and the manager options that have been assigned in Contacts.
