Write-on Breakdown Report
Firm - View WIP and Profitability Information or Workflow and Resource Manager
This report uses a selected period to find write-up and write-off transactions for users that have a date in the period. The data is grouped by user, and broken down to jobs, so you can see the write-up and write-off amounts for each user in a given period broken down to the job level.
You can filter the report by time frame and user. If you have set up custom groups and filters for your firm, you can also filter the report by job-related firm groups, for example, by Job Location and Job Division. The header of the report reflects any filter selections you make. Click here to learn more about using reports.
The report has five columns:
- Date - the date of the write-off or write-up transaction.
- Job - the job associated with the transaction. Click the Job ID link to open the job.
- Client - the name of client associated with the job.
- Reason - the write-off or write-up reason as recorded with the transaction.
- Write-on Amount - if the transaction is a write-up, it shows as a positive amount, whereas if it is a write-off, it shows as a negative amount.
