Using the Project's Main Page

The project's main page lists all the requests that have been created for a specific project. You can monitor the status of your requests for the project here. To access this page, click the project name on the Project dashboard page.

Tip: To help you orient yourself, the client name and project name for the data request appears in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the page.

You can perform the following actions on this page:

  • Open a report. The report name for a completed data request displays in blue. Click the report name to open that report.
  • Create and submit a new request. Click New request at the top of the page to start a new request. See Submitting a Request for more details.
  • View all requests in a certain status. Click a status tag at the top of the page to view only the requests that are in that status. Closed Tell me what each status indicates.
  • Complete. The financial institution has provided the requested data.
  • Sent. The request has been sent to the client approver, but not yet approved.
  • Cancelled. The request has been cancelled.
  • Drafts. The request has been created and saved, but not yet sent to the client approver.
  • Failed. There was an error processing the approved request, and no report is available.
