Using the Project's Main Page
The project's main page lists all the requests that have been created for a specific project. You can monitor the status of your requests for the project here. To access this page, click the project name on the Project dashboard page.
Tip: To help you orient yourself, the client name and project name for the data request appears in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the page.
You can perform the following actions on this page:
- Open a report. The report name for a completed data request displays in blue. Click the report name to open that report.
- Create and submit a new request. Click New request at the top of the page to start a new request. See Submitting a Request for more details.
- View all requests in a certain status. Click a status tag at the top of the page to view only the requests that are in that status.
Tell me what each status indicates.
You can do any of the following to navigate the project's grid more efficiently:
- Sort the grid. Click a column header to sort by that column. Click the same column again to reverse the sort order.
- Filter the grid. You can filter the list based on information in the Financial Institution, Information Requested, Client approver, or Account number columns. Select the field you want to filter by in the drop-down list above the grid. Then, in the field next to that list, enter at least three characters that you want to search for. As you type, the list is updated.
- Use the pagination features. Below the grid, you can change the number of projects that display per page. If your list of projects extends beyond that number, pagination controls display in the lower right beneath the grid. Click a page number to go directly to a specific page, or click the arrows to move forward or back in the list of projects.
