Set up Portal
- Security - View, Add and Edit Users;
- Security - Manage User Security;
- Portal - View;
- Portal - Admin;
- Settings - Portal.
When the Portal module is activated in your CCH iFirm site, you need to carry out the following tasks to set up and get started:
- Assign yourself and your colleagues with the relevant Portal security roles.
- Edit the portal settings.
- Set up a folder structure for the portals.
- Invite people to a portal.
- Upload documents to the portal.
