Set up Portal

  • Security - View, Add and Edit Users;
  • Security - Manage User Security;
  • Portal - View;
  • Portal - Admin;
  • Settings - Portal.

When the Portal module is activated in your CCH iFirm site, you need to carry out the following tasks to set up and get started:

  1. Assign yourself and your colleagues with the relevant Portal security roles.
  2. Edit the portal settings.
  3. Set up a folder structure for the portals.
  4. Invite people to a portal.
  5. Upload documents to the portal.
