Edit or delete a timesheet entry

  • Timesheets - View, Add and Edit My Timesheet (to access the Timesheets area, and to view, add and edit your own timesheet entries);
  • Timesheets - View, Add and Edit All Timesheets (to view, add and edit timesheet entries for all staff members)

You can edit a timesheet entry, provided it is not older than the number of days specified in the timesheet settings for your firm, and it is not partially or fully allocated to a WIP credit. To edit or delete timesheet entries, the job must be open and the timesheets must not be locked. You may need top re-open a job or unlock timesheets. If it is allocated to a WIP credit, you will need to remove the allocation in the Edit WIP Item screen.

  1. Access the My Timesheet page.
  2. Use the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tabs to find the day of the entry you want to edit.
  3. Click the row of an existing entry to adjust it.
  4. Select one of the following options:
  • Edit the timesheet as required.
  • Click the delete icon on the row of a timesheet entry to remove it.
Tip: You can access the job or client details for an existing entry by clicking the job ID number or client name links.
  1. Click Save.
